Around Lakeland, good coaches book up before each season, so ask about waiting lists and package rates rather than single lessons. Group clinics are the cheapest way for an adult beginner to get regular court time and a set of practice partners, and many programs across Florida sort players by NTRP level so matches stay competitive. League sign-ups happen a few weeks before each season through a club or a local USTA captain. Camps and junior academies usually require a short evaluation first; ask about scholarship or sliding-scale spots, which many non-profit tennis associations offer.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Lakeland is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lakeland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

No Limits Volleyball has been an incredible experience for both players and families. The coaches are dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping every athlete grow, not only as a volleyball player but also as a person. The positive environment, emphasis on teamwork, and commitment to player development set this club apart. Every athlete is encouraged to work hard, build confidence, and strive to reach their full potential, regardless of their skill level.

I have been with this volleyball club for the past three years, and unfortunately, this season was by far the most disappointing experience I have had here. The biggest issue throughout the year was the lack of communication and transparency regarding important decisions that directly affected players and families. Before accepting a spot on a team at this club, I strongly encourage parents and players to ask detailed questions about tournaments, especially out-of-state events and whether the team will actually attend Nationals. One of the main reasons I chose to stay this season was because we were originally told there would be two out-of-state tournaments. I tried out, earned a spot on the Navy team, and later found out that our team would not be attending any out-of-state tournaments at all. What was most frustrating was that this was never clearly communicated beforehand. In addition, my team was never signed up for Nationals. The explanation given was that last year’s 18s team “fell apart” and there supposedly were not enough players. However, we were not last year’s team, and it was unfair to assume the same outcome without even giving this group the opportunity. This was

We want to thank No Limits Lakeland for giving our children the opportunity to be part of the team. As parents, we appreciate the support, guidance, and development our kids have received. Thank you for providing a positive environment where they can continue to grow in the sport.

Terrible at communicating, did not tell us the locations of practice or game a until after we paid them said no refunds when it was over an hour away. Did not tell us when practices were canceled so we drove an hour for no reason. I emailed my concerns and Steven the president acts like he can care less. Team has no experience in playing and coaches seem to not care. Do not recommend. Should have read the review prior.
